Professional, Humble, Helpful and Respectful

It is said that a person has two sides, the professional, business side and the human side which is closer to a person’s true nature and character.

Viacheslav’s professional side which I met was the following: he was highly intelligent, in touch with the times, a tier-1 expert of the fintech industry and extremely accurate in his approach to business ventures.

Lately, it was that professional side which opened up the human side of Viacheslav. Entering an office, Slava would say hi and shake hands with everybody there. He was a person who showed respect, who was never once arrogant to anyone. More recently, I needed assistance with mobility - on numerous occasions in our meetings and more than once, Slava held the door open, prepared a seat to be sure that my difficulties were less.

These examples of small actions, as little as they may seem and as trivial and irrelevant as they may sound, speak volumes about the great character and human side of Slava Taran - humble, helpful and respectful. It was an honour and a privilege to know you, I will do my best to keep your memory alive in our work!
