Words cannot describe the impact this man has had on my life.

Words cannot describe the impact this man has had on my life. I have known and worked with Slava for only a few years but it was clear from our first interactions that he was quite unique.

A lot of people will comment on his business acumen and work ethic, his entrepreneurship and leadership skills so I will not write much about that. His achievements and most importantly the loyalty of the people who worked with him are a testament to this and undeniable proof of his approach of how to build and manage a business. What I will write about is how he valued and empowered people. How he could identify people's strengths and help them grow further. His amazing intellect on a huge range of topics and his constant and never ending thirst to learn and better himself and everyone around him.

I will miss our conversations about work, life, family and occasionally wine. I will miss his book recommendations and the excitement with which he would talk about something new he just read. I will miss his sincerity and honesty and his ability to clearly think way ahead of most people. I will miss his mentorship and will miss his friendship. I am a better and more complete person because of him and this I will never forget.
